Nema for Customer business reviews

Prepare the account review against agreed customer outcomes.

Build the review around what the customer set out to achieve. Nema assembles the packet while the account team validates definitions and decides what to share.

An example in Slack Illustrative

@Nema, prepare the account review from the success plan, approved usage exports, and commitment log. Link evidence to each outcome, show missing data, and draft questions for the success manager.

Business review packet

  • The success plan defines faster weekly reporting as the quarter's first outcome.
  • The supplied export shows 14 completed reports under the approved definition.
  • Admin training is complete; the workflow review still lacks a customer owner.
  • The success manager should ask whether report turnaround improved for the team.

A starting point for your team's review.

Return to agreed outcomes

Start with the approved success plan, review period, stakeholders, and the outcomes the customer chose. Add the measure definitions that both sides use. If the plan contains a qualitative goal, preserve it rather than inventing a numerical target.

The review should show changes to the plan and who approved them. This prevents a current result from being judged against an old expectation.

Assemble period-specific evidence

Provide approved usage exports, milestone records, support summaries, and commitment updates that apply to the period. Ask Nema to link every measure to its source, definition, and capture date.

Usage is often an input to the conversation rather than an outcome on its own. The packet can say that a named group used a capability during the period. It should not claim business impact unless the supplied evidence establishes that connection.

Keep gaps in the packet

Missing data, changed definitions, and incomplete customer inputs belong beside the affected section. Do not hide them in a final footnote. Nema can draft the question needed to resolve each gap.

Contradictory evidence also matters. If a usage export looks healthy while support records show a repeated blocker, present both. The success manager can explore the difference with the customer.

Prepare an honest discussion

Organize the packet around progress, commitments, obstacles, and next decisions. The account team reviews customer names, commercial details, calculations, and forward-looking statements. It chooses which material belongs in the external deck or meeting.

Nema can draft a customer-facing summary after the internal review. Keep private account strategy and unsupported risk judgments out of that version.

Begin with one outcome

For the first run, choose one account and one agreed outcome. Confirm the measure definition, trace each number to its export, and ask the success manager whether the packet improves the conversation. Add other sections only when their evidence is equally clear.

Questions from success teams

Can Nema build the presentation?

It can prepare a structured draft from approved material. The account team checks the audience, design, figures, and claims before sharing.

What if usage definitions changed?

Show both definitions and the effective date. Avoid a direct trend comparison unless the account owner approves a valid adjustment.

Is this the same as renewal preparation?

A business review tracks agreed outcomes at a regular cadence. Renewal preparation adds contract timing, commercial context, and a specific upcoming decision.
