Assemble the account around its goals
A customer story is spread across the success plan, product usage, support history, meeting notes, commercial record, and Slack. Nema can prepare a common view before a renewal or business review, while preserving the source and date of each claim.
Start with one account and define the records the CSM trusts. Ask Nema to show customer goals, progress evidence, open issues, commitments, stakeholders, and renewal facts. Missing adoption data should remain missing, and conflicting renewal dates should remain a visible question.
Prepare for a renewal
Provide the confirmed renewal record, recent usage or adoption outputs, open cases, stakeholder notes, and promises made by your team. Nema can assemble a preparation brief with evidence, gaps, and suggested questions.
Do not ask it to invent a churn probability or a universal health score. The CSM owns the risk assessment and the commercial next step. A brief helps that judgment by making stale inputs and unsupported concerns easier to see.
Draft a customer business review
Give Nema the customer's agreed goals, approved outcome measures, adoption history, support themes, and the previous action plan. It can draft an agenda and source-linked narrative that separates progress from pending work.
The CSM chooses the story, verifies each measure, and decides which commitments belong in the meeting. Nema can prepare slides or copy when that output is supported, but it does not decide what the company promises or how the customer should evaluate the relationship.
Keep status reporting consistent
For a client status report, define the period, project milestones, account risks, recent decisions, and intended audience. Nema can return a draft that lists completed work, next milestones, blockers, and owner actions in the same format each week.
Internal and external versions may need different detail. The account owner reviews any customer-facing wording and sends it through an approved path. A scheduled internal report can be useful earlier because it avoids unattended external communication.
Make handoffs explicit
A sales-to-success handoff should include the customer's goal, agreed scope, commercial facts, stakeholders, promises, planned dates, and unanswered questions. Nema can compare the opportunity notes, signed terms, and recent conversation to expose assumptions.
Sales and customer success accept the handoff together. If a promise appears only in notes or a date conflicts with the contract record, the team resolves it before creating delivery tasks.
Begin with one account packet
Use an account with known records and deliberately include a missing adoption period or conflicting date. Confirm that Nema labels the gap and cites every factual statement. Then ask the CSM to correct the packet in Slack and decide which guidance should carry into future reviews.
Questions from customer success teams
Does Nema predict churn?
This workflow assembles evidence for the CSM. It does not claim a predictive score or replace the team's risk judgment.
Can Nema prepare a business review?
Yes. Supply approved goals, measures, history, and the desired format. The CSM verifies the narrative and commitments before sharing it.
Can Nema update account records?
It can propose changes when the connected system and action are supported. Show the exact field changes and require the account owner to approve them.
