Agents
Build narrow agents for narrow jobs.
A general coworker does most things. Some channels want an agent with one brief and a short reach. Build it in Slack in a minute.
One brief, one channel, your rules
Give it instructions, pick a model, decide when it speaks and which apps it may reach, and name who approves. It is created in the channel it works in and edited there too.
You answer IT questions for staff from the IT handbook in Notion. If the answer is not there, say so and route it: laptops and hardware to @joe, accounts and access to @stephanie, anything security-related to @susie. Never reset a password yourself.

Three jobs worth their own agent
A help channel that answers itself and routes the rest to a person. A contractor channel with an agent that reaches only what that channel needs. A shared channel where an agent answers your customers in your voice, with your staff approving anything that leaves.

My new laptop will not take the VPN profile. Who owns that now?

The handbook covers this one. The profile moved to the Security space in Notion last month and the old link is dead. Steps are under VPN, macOS. If it still fails at step three, hardware goes to Dana Reyes.
Helpdesk · answered without a mention
Send me the serial if it does and I will swap the profile by hand.
It can hand work to itself
Big questions get delegated to a copy of the same agent, in the thread or in the background, and the report comes back as a new turn. Approvals still go through you.
