Models

The right model for every task. Never more than you need.

Nema sends routine work to fast, cheap models and saves the frontier for the work that matters. Your credits go further.

Pay frontier prices only for frontier work

Most questions are small. Nema answers them with fast, cheap models and keeps the strongest models for the analysis and plans people act on. The decision is made per turn and held for the whole job. If a call fails, Nema falls back to another model rather than dropping the turn.

One coworker, every provider you approve

Nema is not one model behind a logo. It is a coworker with a route to every major provider, and for a given task exactly one of those routes lights up.

The answer is the whole message

Nema does not sign its replies. In the thread an answer is just the answer, the way a colleague's is. The two replies below came from different models, and nothing in the thread says so.

The console's Reports page shows which models did the work and what each cost, and each coworker's page shows the model it is set to.

#support
  1. Priya Raman10:02 AM

@Nema what is the refund window on annual plans?

  2. NemaAPP10:02 AM

Thirty days from the renewal date. After that it is pro rata for the unused months. The exception for enterprise contracts is in the #support canvas.

  3. Dana Reyes10:05 AM

Can you work out what we would have refunded last quarter under a 60 day window?

  4. NemaAPP10:07 AM

About 14,200 on 31 accounts, against 9,600 actually refunded. Two of the 31 are on the enterprise exception, so treat that as a ceiling.

Auto, or pin the model you trust

Per coworker, let Nema choose, hold it at Cheap or Strong, or name a model. Cheap, standard and strong default to open-weight models, on endpoints we require to keep nothing and train on nothing, and every major model is a name away. Your admin chooses which models a coworker may use. No lab owns your coworker.
