How we work.
- never copy and paste: the agent lives next to the work, and everyone talks to the same one
- the default is a public channel, not a dm; good prompts and good corrections get seen
- a claim names a mechanism or it does not ship
- people are not routers; the session holds the context, the people hold the judgment
